Consultancy activities

Many companies in the UK already have ISO 9001/ISO 13485 certification. For companies with up to about 50 staff, and preferably in the southern half of the UK we can offer long-term part-time Quality Manager functions:

- keeping the assessor at bay
- system improvements
- quality control analysis
- additional certifications (e.g ISO 14001)
- internal audits, etc.
- updates when the Standards change

Our idea has always been to get the extra administration required by ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 certification done as robustly and efficiently as possible so as to get on with the interesting bit, which is solving problems and achieving the ultimate goal of a quality system; quality improvement.

That led us to use flowcharts long before this version of ISO 9000 came out. Flowcharts are not essential but a logical process of procedure development nearly always is.

We are always prepared (and nearly always asked!) to be at the Initial Assessment and deal with the Assessors, and we are not afraid to get involved with product improvement if that is on the brief. This feedback and continual improvement process has led us inexorably towards simple and effective means of providing many of the quality and regulatory functions.
